The chosen property was a large 4 bedroom detached house with a separate double garage.  The requirement was to provide accommodation for a disabled child his care regime and immediate family. 

 

The scheme addresses the need for full assisted living including physiotherapy and hydrotherapy facilities, as well as a snoezellen and carer’s suite.  It was also important that the family could live and play as a unit, so full accessibility is provided to the ground floor, along with the garden and pool areas.
