This project started life as a large detached bungalow in a quiet secluded location. The works called for the re configuration of the internal space to provide accommodation for a recently disabled young man and his immediate family.
The layout required full accessibility of the living areas , including the kitchen, dining areas and the lounge, whilst still affording independent living space for the client in which he can hang out with his friends.
Whilst maintaining a family oriented feel, privacy and independence were key in this project, both for the client and his siblings.
Extensive external works were undertaken to provide accessibility to raised planters, raised fish pond, and patio areas.
