Key Features

Family life and full accessibility was fundamental in the design, allowing full interaction in the living areas, kitchen, garden and hydrotherapy pool.

We also opted for in roof solar PV panels to assist with the running costs of the house.  Together with the intelligent environmental controls, very high build quality and the efficient underfloor heating system, the energy costs are kept to a minimum.

The property acquired was a timber framed bungalow on a relatively flat site. The requirement was for the accommodation of a disabled child, his parents and his siblings, as well as his carers and a suite for visitors.
