The very specific nature of the client and her family meant that a new build property would be preferable.  A parcel of land was purchased on which to deliver a purpose built bungalow with an expansive footprint to satisfy the family’s needs.

Design

Large, specifically equipped rooms with full accessibility throughout was the principle design criteria, including full physiotherapy and hydrotherapy suites, as well as a accommodation for full time carers.

Key Features

A major feature of this project was large secure outdoor areas, zoning of the property between diurnal and nocturnal spaces, whilst still maintaining an open feel to the property.
